CAIR: NJ Interfaith Leaders to Show Solidarity with Vandalized Mosque 

(SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ, 7/8/13) -- On Tuesday, July 9, the New Jersey chapter for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NJ) will hold a news conference with interfaith leaders to express solidarity with the Islamic Center of Morris County (ICMC), which was recently spray-painted with a Nazi swastika.

CAIR-NJ said the religious leaders will also thank local law enforcement authorities for their response to the incident. The Muslim civil rights group had called on state and federal law enforcement authorities to investigate the June 21 vandalism of the mosque as a possible hate crime.
