  In addition, a broad coalition of religious institutions--including the Episcopal Church, the Jewish Labor Committee, and the Council on American-Islamic Relations--sent a letter to Congress in March demanding that lawmakers raise the federal minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 per hour in three increments of 95 cents.
