  The two Libyan Americans who were blocked from flying home to Oregon last month by the FBI are now being told only one can return with their attorney on Tuesday, a family member said.

    The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim-American civil rights group assisting both men, gets several calls a month from Muslim U.S. citizens who are suddenly barred from re-entering the country from abroad. CAIR has requested an investigation of the Portland FBI office.
